Users initiate a crypto-to-fiat exchange by submitting cryptocurrency to the payment address provided. Upon sufficient blockchain confirmations, we process and remit the agreed fiat equivalent to the verified bank account supplied by the user.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Users are solely responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct address. Transactions sent to an incorrect network, wallet, or with insufficient fees may result in permanent loss.
Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction initiation and may fluctuate based on market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust rates prior to blockchain confirmation where necessary.
Users must provide accurate and verifiable bank details. Fiat payouts are processed only to verified accounts. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect bank information provided by the user.
We may delay, suspend, or cancel transactions where suspicious, unlawful, or fraudulent activity is detected. Additional verification may be required to comply with applicable regulations.
We are not liable for blockchain network delays, congestion, third-party payment processor failures, banking delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
By initiating a transaction on this platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions and that you are the rightful owner of the submitting cryptocurrency wallet and receiving bank account.
